Walsall, Midlands - October 2024
FULL PROPERTY RENOVATION:
Complete refurbishment of a 2-bedroom mid-terrace, including creation of a third bedroom. The property was stripped back to brick and fully replastered, with new UPVC windows and doors installed. The boiler was relocated, electrics upgraded, and new fittings added.
A modern white high-gloss kitchen with granite-effect worktops and new appliances was fitted. The bathroom was fully reconfigured and replaced with a new suite and aqua panels.
A third bedroom was created from the landing space. The property was finished with white décor throughout, grey carpets upstairs, engineered wood flooring on the ground floor, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.

Created a separate bedroom using sliding pocket doors and reconfigured the layout by swapping the kitchen and bathroom for better flow.
Installed a new kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Added a utility cupboard to house the washing machine, water tank, and meters.

FULL PROPERTY RENOVATION:
A complete refurbishment of a 6-bedroom HMO house for a landlord client, including the replacement of two bathrooms with modern shower enclosures, new toilets, basins with vanity units, and heated towel rails. Fresh tiling and white-painted walls were added for a sleek, contemporary feel. The kitchen was upgraded with white high-gloss units and black granite-effect worktops. Throughout the property, new flooring was installed, and all walls and woodwork were painted white, along with new light fittings, sockets and switches. The exterior was re-painted for enhanced curb appeal.

Renewed the drive way of this 1930's house with grey brick and border design. Transforming the property's curb appeal with a stunning new driveway that blends classic charm with contemporary elegance. Creating a welcoming entrance, while offering durability, function, and timeless design.

Included new electrics, heating system, and boiler installation. Flooring replaced with grey carpets and durable vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom.
A new high-gloss kitchen with granite-effect worktops and appliances was installed. The bathroom was fully upgraded with a new suite, lowered ceiling, grey tiling, and modern fittings.
Finished with fresh white décor and updated sockets, switches, and lighting throughout.

BATHROOM:
Combined bathroom and WC into one larger space and added a hall cupboard for extra storage. Windows were adjusted, including a new smaller bathroom window with a wood sill.
Installed a new suite with bath, shower enclosure, vanity unit, toilet, and heated towel rail. Finished with modern black fittings, bespoke lighting, Bluetooth speaker lighting, and built-in toothbrush charger to the client’s specification.
